MIHWA are ready to announce all of the fundamental restructuring during our recovery break. Following deep consultations with key individuals and stakeholders, players and MIHWA committee, we have undertaken structural reforms in order to keep up with the demand to produce the world’s best Inline Hockey event! Taking feedback from all sources, MIHWA is rebuilding our organisation from the ground up, and endeavouring to maintain the top spot for Inline Hockey. See news stories below for the details of each step, however in summary here are the two major pillars of our reform:
- MIHWA has restructured our organisation in such a was as to be sustainable and successful into the future, with new committee members being invited and a more representative structure involving all National Federations, elections for committee members, and more.
- We are restructuring how we engage with National Federations, making it easier to host, and making the financing of the event completely transparent and equitable, and even better value for the service we provide.
All of these will be discussed at our upcoming Annual General Meeting (Date TBC) where all interested parties can contribute and vote on our reforms into the future, which we hope you will be a part of! Stay tunes in all year for updates on these developments, details below in News!
