PLAYER NOTIFICATION 1:  Welcome to the Pista de Hielo in Jaca, Aragon, Espana.

All players and National Federation staff are warmly welcomed to this fantastic arena, in the heart of Spanish Pyrenees.  This building is kindly being loaned to us for our World Cup events, and has hosted some very high profile tournaments in the past.  We are under strict instructions to return the building in the same, or better condition than we find it.  We ask that all players adhere to the following instructions, in order that we do not incur fines or other damages.

1. Each national team will be provided with garbage bags to clean their bench and leave it tidy for the next team. Sanitizer will be available to decontaminate the benches with alcohol. The bag then must be will be disposed in the garbage.

2. At the end of every evening each national team will collect all rubbish and clean their locker room. The athletes’ equipment can remain remain inside the locker rooms for the whole week, as the lockers are yours to keep and maintain.  Photographs are taken of each room to inspect for damage.  *PLEASE be aware that damage incurred to the locker rooms will be the responsibility of the teams that occupy them, and any fines or repairs are liable to be charged.

3. On the final day, when all lockers are vacated, an inspection will occur and confirmation of the state of the room will be verified.  At this time a specialized company will come for general cleaning and hand over back to the Arena.
